I am thinking up ways to build a substantial book shelf along the whole wall where the hodge-podge of multiple book cases are now. Tuesday, November 11, 2014. The boys bought themselves a brand new log splitter. They go to our woods and make firewood almost every day. Mostly they take orders from locals, split and deliver cords of wood. They do a bit of advertising, and they arrange all their own appointments. Miles tells me they have a "rental fee" system where each boy who does loads of wood for sale contributes a certain amount into their fund to help recoup the cost of the log splitter. Fortunately it is taking well to colostrum feedings several times a day by way of bottle. I don't know what its gestational age was at birth, but it is very tiny.
