With no theft, damage or evidence of smoking or unapproved pet(s). Check in: 3 PM Check out: on or before 11AM. Payment policy: Half payment is due within 10 days of receiving the lease, balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation policy: A full refund will be given with a 30 day notice.
