This is going to be a blog dedicated mostly to strength training as it pertains to gymnastics and acrobatics. First off, a few quick links:. Those should give you a rough idea of what this will be about. My plan as of now is to have some articles up soon that discuss methods of attaining various tricks. While the main focus will be strength, I may include things like flips, twists, etc.
