Tuesday, April 27, 2010. That is.Pole Dance! For my birthday my husbands BFF bought me and his wife Pole Dancing lessons at Aradia fitness. Another one of my friends signed up for the class too and we three have been swinging ourselves sexy for the last 4 weeks. The lessons are a lot of fun and definitely a work out! Our last class was last night and I am sore! If you are ever looking for a fun workout or just something fun to do with friends (that your significant other will definitely approve of!

Wednesday, February 10, 2010. We are NOT going to make it! Shelby is going to be the death of me! Or, if not the death of me, definitely the cause of at least an ulcer. I just want to make it to Monday when she gets the stitches out! Even after she gets the stiches out on Monday we are not out of the clear. The doctor said that the first 4 weeks are the most crucial, but that total recovery time should really be 8 weeks.we can't even make it through the first week! It's a good thing she is so cute.

Wednesday, November 24, 2010. So I made my first ever Beef Stroganoff last night and boy was it yummy! NoI don't have pictures :( but I'll share the recipe! I got the recipe from the Cooking with Philly. Website which my coworker stumbled upon yesterday and where I plan to draw more inspiration from in the future becuase it was Delicious! I added about twice the amount of beef broth and cream cheese so that there would be more gravy/sauce and a little bit of salt and pepper. Yum Yum Yum!

Monday, October 4, 2010. Where to begin.I guess Friday after work is a good start! Friday when I got home I decided that I needed to chill for a little bit. I had plans of going riding as soon as I got home, but I was a bit tired, so I sat around for about 45 minutes watching an old western on tv. Of course Seth was astonished and excited and wanted to know where it was. This started off a cute story which his grandfather is known for giving. I started off on: 1 unit of insulin for every 10 grams of carbohydrate this increased to 1 unit of insulin for every 12 grams of carbohydrate and because I did do and still do quite a bit of sport when doing sport I had to use the ratio of 1 unit of insulin to every 17 grams of carbohdrate in the meal before to prevent myself from suffering with a hypo during sport.
