Saturday, September 03, 2011. A baby boy to love. It's hard to believe that this coming wednesday he will be two months old! Time is flying by! Jason and i plan to take some "real" pictures of him soon, but until then here and a few from my phone over the past few weeks. (it's sad that so far most of his life has been documented on iphones but hopefully that will change.). We have discovered he prefers to sleep on his tummy. Here's a video of him trying to "crawl". He is very handsome!

So i've been mia for a little while now. i've just been enjoying being a mommy and wife and watching my little man grow and change daily. it amazes me how things can change from one day to the next at this point. i can not believe that silas will be 7 months old next tuesday! This is us on the train ride. Relaxing during lunch (in his new peg perego stroller i scored off of craigs list for $50). Me and my little man looking at the ostriches.

The Life of a Workin' Mama. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Luke and I had a very special Valentines Day this year. Since we have had kids, we usually don't do much for Valentines. This year, Luke arranged childcare (Thanks Kait! And surprised me with dinner at The Melting Pot. We haven't even been out on a date since who knows when so we really enjoyed ourselves. It hasn't allowed me much time for extra-ciricular activities such as blogging so I'll do a short wrap up. We've been knee deep in the water all summer. Beaching it at Cape San Blass. Beaching it at Dog Island. Cook out with friends at the campsite. Hunter take swimming lessons. Add knowing how to swim! Boating on the Wakulla River.

The Life of a Workin' Mama. Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Of course this Easter was special because it was Rylee's first! She didn't understand anything going on but she did have fun crawling after the bright and colorful eggs her Bubba scattered throughout the house! This year was the first year I attempted to color eggs with Hunter. It was so fun and he loved it! My mom came over to help and we had a lot of fun! So I had to scramble for candy and plastic eggs to hide those as well! First day of school 2016-2017.

The Life of a Workin' Mama. Monday, April 18, 2011. 9 Months and a Little Weekend Fun. Rylee had her 9 month appointment last week and checked out healthy as a little horse! Here is an update:. She is crawling full speed, pulling up to a stand and cruising around while hold onto the couch, her crib, etc. She is wearing size 3 sposies and size medium cloth diapers; size 9 month/6-12 month clothes. She has two teeth completely in on the bottom and 4 trying to break through on the top. Poor little baby!
