Citrus sugar (lemon sugar; orange sugar). 1 Zest into a small or medium bowl one lemon or orange per cup or two of sugar. Helpful video is also at this link. 3-4 stalks asparagus (8-10 thin asparagus, preferred). 3/4 cup finely grated Gruyere. 1 Mince the onion and set aside. 2 De-stem and chop the mushrooms. Set aside. 3 Mince the garlic and set aside. 4 Chop the asparagus into 1/2" pieces. Set aside. 5 Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium high and saute the mushrooms.
