May 18, 2015 /. This is life. Me at the urgent care, not because of one of the kiddos, though I wouldn’t doubt it, but because of me. Thursday night I went down with a migraine, if you have ever had one you will know what I am talking about and won’t say, ” oh me too, that’s horrible when you have to take two Tylenol and sit down for a bit.” Ya no. A migraine. A demon spawning a demon inside of you head. That is what it is. Bring us to today. Monday. Then off to work. No this is not about life in the FC.

And replaces it with grouchiness, tiredness, and pain. Migraines have all kinds of triggers. Mine mainly stem from severe lack of sleep, allergies, food, emotional stress, and hormones.
