I have met a new friend, its name is Muesli! Its a really good food. I don't have a great deal of super healthy food to work with where I now live, and I wanted a healthful breakfast food. Wow, its been a While! So, I think I am going to resume writing on this dear blog, which I have so long neglected! I have had some major changes in my life the last couple of months. August 12 I got married to Eric Avery, and we are now living in Kentucky. I am greatly enjoying my life! Going for an even more beautiful Temple!

I was tired, so I just did some arm exercises with my 8 lb. weights. I went on the "Pumphouse Hike" again. It was good. Then I came back and did. 50 sit-ups, and a bunch of leg exercises. The Beautiful Dinner Table here at the Campbells. All of this food was for one meal! Salad with sprouts and Jicama. We use a lot of condiments! There is even Habanero! Hope and Victoria getting ready for Dinner. Quiche we had Thursday. I had a wonderful Subway flatbread sandwich for lunch. I love them! It was quite an adventure!
