Monday, February 9, 2009. Out with the old. Bringing in the new (work in progress). The whole thing started with an improptu service project helping a neighbor, who is getting ready to move, paint her bathroom. My friend Betsy and I were inspired and decided to paint my bathroom as well that afternoon. It's been 3 weeks and it's still not completely finished, but it's getting there and I'm ready to move on to another space in the house. We painted the ceiling white and the walls Gobi Desert (a tan color).

Tuesday, August 04, 2009. Aubrielle and Benson both took swim lessons this summer. It was so fun to see them get more confident in the water and to see their personality differences. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Kimball the Big Birthday Boy. I know, I can hardly believe it myself. Kimball turned one a little over a week ago. This year has gone by so incredibly fast, 4 kids has definitely kept me busy! Kimball had a great day full of presents, swimming and cake! He is such a happy little camper. My friends always ask if he is always this good and yes, he usually is! Well now that I learned how to fit naps into his schedule and he is over all his ear infections :). Like father, like son.

I'll admit that we've got a pretty full house with part of my family here, but there was room for David to sleep in a bed with his mom, but instead he insisted on sleeping on the floor in the hall. I'll admit that we've got a pretty full house with part of my family here, but there was room for David to sleep in a bed with his mom, but instead he insisted on sleeping on the floor in the hall. Insert) He also INSISTED on sleeping with the light ON. Emily and Matt concluded it was a safety precaution since he would be right in a traffic area! The night before Easter, after Carter had gone to bed, Landon and I colored Easter eggs. He could hardly contain himself, waiting for the eggs to boil. He loves watching the water turn from white to color after you drop in the little tablet. His favorite is using the little egg holder and stirring the cup after the egg has been placed.
