Thursday, November 18, 2010. A while back I had bought some old fashioned oats by accident instead of the quick cooking kind. I didn't know what to make with them so I searched the i nternet. And found this recipe for granola. It's really easy to make and the house smell good when it's baking! I don't eat cereal and am not a big fan of peanut butter but Brian loves it. Saturday, October 9, 2010. Last weekend we were up at Kingsway. I try to tell myself it was mud and nothing else :) Zachary also got his face painted. It was the first time he's had it done and he was excited. Mary usually does a harvest scene with an animal on it. She asked Zachary if he wanted a cat, bat, spider or rabbit. The boys jumped around in excitement and when he plugged the lights in they oohed and awed! We don't have a great big Christmas tree with lots of beautiful ornaments to put on it. Thursday, April 16, 2009. One Fine Day - Mouse Style. Jenny saw her life flash before her eyes. She could barely breath but wondered what was the pumping sensation behind her. Jenny turned to see the jealous mouse taking advantage of her and was appauled. The jealous mouse saw perfect opportunity to get in where he fit in with Jenny mouse not being able to move. On Thursday, we went swimming at the pool in the morning, then got ready to have dinner and visit with some of my grandpa’s brothers and their wives, who were also vacationing in Sarasota. First, though, the neighbor lady had invited my grandma and I over to create things with shells, so we ended up crafting several creatures out of shells she’d collected over the years along local beaches.
