I only got back, oh, 3 weeks ago, but better late than never right? Something very exciting (well fitness related exciting) is that I realized I could do an unassisted chin-up! Beauty and the Beef. Thursday, October 30, 2014. Our Baby is No Longer a Baby. Our Matthias Theodore turned one year old last month. It was a surreal feeling for his birthday to come around. On one hand it felt as though he was still that chubby newborn with a head of dark hair and on the other it felt like a lifetime had passed. This year has presented some heavy trials for us and we are thankful that Matthias has been a big bright spot. Matthias and Marcus- cousins and little buddies. Links to this post.

Of eating out while in LA, I ate out everyday while there, usually 2 of my meals per day, so I tried to keep it somewhat healthy a majority of the time.
