Unfortunately I cannot have chocolate for breakfast before a busy day at the office, however I can add Cocoa Nibs to my banana smoothies to make them taste chocolatey and delicious, I wouldn’t recommend eating them raw but by all means give it a go! Improved mood as chocolate and cocoa help stimulate the brain.
