The Gatehouse Tea Rooms. Are open every Wednesday to Sunday from 10am - 4pm (closed Mondays and Tuesdays except Bank Holidays). We serve a wide selection of teas, coffees, home-made cakes, home-made soups and light lunches. We also cater for small groups and walking parties etc. Why not book a guided tour of the Priory ruins, followed by lunch? Access to the Priory ruins is by permission when the Gatehouse tearooms are open. Please ring 01773 710682. For more information or to arrange a visit.

Beauvale priory originally built for the Carthusian order of monks in 1343, is now home to The Gatehouse Tearooms situated in the historic monk’s Gatehouse and two holiday cottages available for rent. Although the priory is now a ruin, visitors can still experience the setting and history whilst visiting the Tearooms. Beauvale Priory opening times: Wed-Sun. 10am-4pm.
