Our phones are set up with our local cable company and the phones went dead so Dean called our "favorite" company via my cell phone to inform them of the problem. Following is the conversation I was witness to (cell was on speaker):. Dean on Cell: I'm calling to report that our phones are down. Cable Guy: Could I please have your name, address and phone #.
