Looking at Life from 25 Inches. Wednesday, November 10, 2010. There is so much talk all the time about being “heart healthy”. As mom shoves another chocolate chip cookie in her mouth and then yells at me for taking Sophie’s dinner, I hear it all the time. I know…I’m on a diet…I’m ALWAYS on a diet. But I hear things like “good for the heart” and “he’ll feel better if…”. I don’t understand this medical heart healthy thing. In my world Heart Health means something far different and, more importantly, better.

Vendredi 23 novembre 2012. Je me suis senti tout drôle ce matin en me levant. J'avais de la morve partout sur moi. J'ai de la difficulté à respirer par le nez. Mes parents n'arrêtent pas de m'essuyer le nez. Les yeux me coulent et je ne sais pas trop pourquoi. Ce n'est pas avantageux si j'essaie de montrer que je pleure. J'ai beaucoup rit ce matin avec Maman qui faisait des drôleries au piano. Un monsieur est venu cette semaine pour l'accorder. Je n'ai plus beaucoup de temps pour écrire. Sinon, ça va.
