Thursday, February 25, 2016. Tessa turned 2 in February, and life has been flying by ever since. She has been potty trained for about a month now! She wanted to do it all on her own and she hasn't looked back since. We took a trip down to North and South Carolina to visit Mark and michelle and Megan and Troy, and Brayden. The kids saw baby goats, fed fish, and saw a waterfall in the smoky mountains. Mark and Michelles house is amazing, since Mark built in and all of the custom cabinetry.

Monday, November 11, 2013. I took some unannounced time off from the blog. The end of October through this past weekend was awesomely uneventful. It made me realize just how quickly the next few months will fly by and I wanted to absorb all I could of the restful. Past couple weeks before the hustle and bustle of the holidays. We took advantage of the downtime and dug out our Christmas decorations. It felt strange to me, as though it were too early. But only because I'm used to decorating after.
