Sunday, March 28, 2010. The weather was amazingly perfect for our day at Sea World. We couldn't have gone at a better time. The shows were fabulous, and we all had a great time. We are so happy that Mom, Dad and Richard Wayland were able to join us. It made for an unforgettable time! Daddy, Noah and Shamu. Noah and I got to feed the dolphins. Wednesday, March 28, 2012. When I get homesick I always make my mom's Tortilla Soup, it ALWAYS hits the spot! I did not have all the ingredients it called for so I combined what I had from Mom's and added a little from this one. I found on Pinterest. And then added my own touch! Here yall go: Homesick Tortilla Soup! 1 cup of frozen onion. 2 Tablespoon of minced garlic. 4-5 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce. 1-2 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1 can of Rotel: Mild. 1 can of Cream of Tomato. 1 can of corn.

Some days visiting the grandparents were filled with busy and go, go, go, but most days were more mellow. These are from July. Yes, I'm so behind in my pictures. You wouldn't believe the process it takes to go through the amount of pictures we take. And at this point, in the middle of home-schooling.fuggetaboutit. This is gorgeous Seaside, and as you'll see, we're all donning jackets (well, most of us). Almost every year we try to take some kind of a quick trip down to Seaside when we visit Eric's folks in Hillsboro. The kids love the rides and the beach and merry-go-round. Here they are getting a taste of Tilt-A-Whirl. Anticipation is killer. :). Getting ready to start our ride on the bumper cars. Abby held her own.
