I could eat them for breakfast lunch and tea. 1 tin condensed milk. 1 pack of marie bscuits. 1 cup coconut plus extra for rolling. 1 tsp vanilla esence. Put biscuits in blender until smooth then tip the biscuits into a bowl add cocoa and coconut. Mix lightly. Pour condenst milk into the bowl add vanilla esence and mix well .Roll the mixture. 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cup plain flour. 2 tbs boiling water.
