Welcome to Becca's Blog! Our Nativity on Christmas Eve at Oma and Opa's house:. It was a great night and as you can see Abigail was so happy to be Mary. I went to the Larson& Rosenberger. Christmas party and won one of the 3 Dell Netbooks! I felt a little bad winning a big prize since I did not work very many hours this year. Welcome to Becca's Blog! I made this on Sunday for Paul's family - it was a huge croud-pleaser. Sorry no picture - they were eaten too quickly. 2 lbs ground beef. 1 large onion, chopped. Approx 8 cups cooked pinto beans – (see below) or use 3-4 cans, drained (Also ok to use kidney beans). 1 6 oz. can tomato sauce. 1 10 oz. can mild red enchilada sauce (or just use another tomato sauce). 1 Tbsp chili powder. 189; tsp basil. 189; tsp oregano. 188; tsp garlic powder. Fresh pico de gallo. 14 g sugar (1 Tbsp).
