On: March 15, 2012. We woke up at leisure this morning with an amazing view of the sea, and clear blue skies. We wondered around John O’Groats again and had a laugh at people starting, cruel I know, but it felt kind of good! We reached Edinburgh quite late that night and checked in to our hotel there, we had two nights there before heading back home on another train! It is over, we have achieved so much the last two weeks and feel incredibly fit. We are now planning where to go next! On: March 15, 2012.

Ingredients for potato bread. 2 small or 1 large boiled potato, mashed with some butter, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes. 2 cups all purpose flour. Half a teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon dried yeast. I cup of sour milk ( I mixed lukewarm milk and yogurt to achieve this).
