Jag har kommit in i en liten promenad-period. Idag blev det 2 en-timmars. Det är så skönt att rensa alla sina tankar. Kom nyss in från en promenad med mycket tänkande, nästan för mycket. Fick sätta mig ute en stund i den friska luften och samla mig en liten stund innan jag gick in igen. Nu ska jag lyssna på.
