Friday, September 08, 2006. What a GREAT Day! Thank you for all of your optimistic notes, yesterday. I was quite messed up from the start, I even woke up thinking yesterday was Friday, not Thursday.some may have wondered why it was titled Friday? No, I wasn't going to run with her)BUT, I could be her water girl on my bicycle! So she ran at her 4K/mile pace which translates into 6:30 pace - for nearly 12 miles. She caught up to and passed the high school cross country team! I feel much better this morning...

Friday, July 14, 2006. Thank you, Doris, for mentoring me and giving me a crash course on front page. I would really like to see our church to take advantage of this website. I'm going to work hard to add information as I get it from you. I can add information related to Sunday School classes, Youth group, Bible School, Prayer requests, etc. I need some input from you all. Please feel free to comment and offer input. Saturday, September 23, 2006. My mouth is starting to feel a little better. I can eat soft foods along my right side of my mouth. I'm still eating pudding and I'm finishing off tapioca right now (Thank you Anita). I'm finding that I'm getting really protective of MY food. If I hear Jade or the kids in the fridge, I have to lurk out to make sure they aren't eating my stuff. (Isn't that pathetic). So I'll get to sit there, not even breaking a sweat while she's pounding the pavement! Links to this post.

Saturday, October 07, 2006. Physically the past week has been much easier than last the last chemo. But mentally, it's been really tough the past couple of days.Today Rach and the kids went with me to homecoming at Anderson University. There was a reunion/breakfast in the nursing department.it's been 10 years since graduation! So many memories overwhelmed my mind. It was difficult to think back at the innocense I had back in the AU days. Enough of this sad stuff, I just needed to get some of this out.

Saturday, September 16, 2006. What a beautfiful day for Plow Days. I was amazed at all of the people! So many people made this day happen, not only from our family, but the Amish community, as well. I got to talk to a lot of different Amish families, too. In particular, the Yoder twins- Rachael and Rebecca. Rachael spoiled me, bringing me cider and ice cream! Went home and took nap, while mom cleaned my house! Thank you mom). I could get used to not cleaning my own toilets! Posted by Unknown at 6:34 PM.

Saturday, September 02, 2006. I also plan on running a portion of the Chicago- then I'll hand off my number to Staci- you can pretend we're chatting and avoiding those road apples and road kill that we often see on those runs. As for running.I ran almost 3 1/2 miles this morning! It wasn't fast, but it was very comfortable. I will run as long as I can. Posted by Unknown at 10:35 AM. Links to this post. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Graduation and Lucky #7. Seriously, where has the time gone? This past week was a little rough for me. On Wednesday (5/19/10), Logan "graduated" from preschool. He has another year of preschool, so I managed not to shed any tears, but there was a HUGE lump in my throat. Then on Friday, Aiden turned 7. Wait, that cannot be right. Ugh! All the kids were great and barely noticed the rain. Beautiful blog.pls visit mine and be a follower. thanks and God bless. July 10, 2010 at 5:40 PM.

Sunday, April 18, 2010. Marcus and I are celebrating our 7th year anniversary today. Seven years, it doesn't seem possible. Is it really seven years; has it only been seven years? I love our story (did you know I cussed him out when he proposed? Classy, I know. Or that we were engaged for nearly 4 yrs? I love the fact that people that knew us in high school still give us the "huh, you two? Happy anniversary, Marcus. I love you. Sunday, April 11, 2010. Throw me another fly ball (or grounder). They'll hate...
