You'll probably have realised that I'm fairly new to this whole health and fitness scene, so it's fair to say that the Holland and Barrett website is rather overwhelming to me. I hadn't realised how many varieties of seed there were? Anyway, luckily my buddy Gemma was on hand to choose a few items for me, and ship them to my house courtesy of Holland and Barrett - I also did the same for her, and you can see what I picked here. Gemma also sent me a variety of teas.

Friday, October 12, 2012. A good friend got married this past weekend and asked me to do the flowers.i've known Jason for over 12 years, and I just couldn't decline the offer. Jason and Andrea were married at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Andrea loved the look of orchids and bear grass.so for flowers I used orchids, mini callas, lisianthus and bear grass. Our little angel Rebecca was born with a genetic disorder called “1P36 Deletion Syndrome”. This means she’s missing part of chromosome 1 causing her to be severely impaired. Rebecca is unable to walk or talk, has hearing loss, visual impairment, frequent daily seizures and requires to be fed through a feeding tube to supplement her nutrition. That the most vivid memory she has from early childhood was watching her mother make bread. She said that she could distinctly remember the flour dust dancing in the sun rays as her mother would shake the flour from her apron. My grandmother’s most vivid memory as a child was watching. This is my memory too.
