We love Starbucks Coffee! Starbucks and their customers have supported the Becca's LEGacy Toy Drive since its inception, donating thousands of new toys to children with cancer. Over 50 Starbucks locations have collected toys for Becca's LEGacy. Way to go, Starbucks! These were Becca's favorite cookies. Becca's First Toy Drive Flyer. This is the flyer from our very first toy drive, initiated by Becca. Today, we are following in her footsteps. Becca always wanted to help other children with cancer. Sometimes, when she could choose a gift or prize at the hospital, she would choose one for another child. Having her own organization was her dream. Becca's LEGacy by the Numbers! With your help, Becca's LEGacy has continued to grow each year! After our first toy drive, we delivered one. That's a lot of smiles!

Becca was just 5 years old when she was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer. She was a happy, energetic little girl, dancing, singing, and playing princess. Her childhood, as she knew it, ended abruptly when we took her to the doctor because her leg hurt. Never did we imagine that our little girl would be diagnosed with cancer. Becca spent the next 2 ½ years of her short life in and out of the hospital. Complications from the 2nd transplant took her life. And, she didn’t!

Sisters Serve packs food for the hungry. SiS organized about 20 people to head to Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg on January 5th. Volunteers worked in assembly-line fashion to help provide food for the poor in El Salvador. At the conclusion of the two hour Serve, the group had packed enough to feed 76 children for a year. For those who don’t know what and/or where Jeju is, I’ll tell you. Jeju is an island to the south of Korea and above Japan. It’s considered the “Hawaii” of Korea.
