Saturday, August 19, 2006. My baby turns one year. It is so hard to believe my baby is one year old already! I am not sure where the year went. It has been a good year though I have enjoyed every minute of it. That may all change when she starts walking! AS it is she is a very busy girl that likes to be on the move. Monday, February 20, 2006. Last week Shara had the week off school for winter break. So let the sleep over marathon begin! The first night was spent at her friend Jaida's house then it seemed to only make sense that Jaida spend that night at our house the next night. It is only fair .Right? Well getting them all snuggled into bed settled down with a movie on Shara's bed.and wouldn't you know it the previous sleep over made for two tired girls who didn't even make it through their little movie!

Sunday, July 30, 2006. Vacationing in the Shwaps! OUR SUMMER VACATION JULY 2006. The place were it all began a little.well I should say big cabin on Little Shushwap Lake. Our home away from home for a week! Lake front.was great for the kids. Shara and I spent several hours on the swimming dock reading books and enjoying the warmth fo the sun and taking a dip when it got too hot. Now that is relaxing! Fully airconditoned.thank goodness as we probably would not have survived the 35 degree plus weather.

I even got creative and made a few chocolate dipped strawberries on the side. She listed his symptoms off: "low grade fever, pain, drool, sounds like teething to me! Yes, lady it does, but consider that he never cries unconsolably and he is always drooling! I guess next time I will have to listen to my instincts and not let a nurse insist that she knows more that I do, because it is not always the case.

It is hard to believe that a year has gone by so quickly when we waited so long for the day he arrived. Each day and week of my pregnancy was counted and checked off and now here we are at ONE Year!
