Thursday, September 4, 2008. Death Toll: 1.5. So I managed to kill two computers within two weeks (my father once told me I had an aura about me that ruined electronics.never knew exactly what he meant until now). MY laptop went on the fritz right before classes started - screen would just go blank and computer would not turn back on. I sent it in to HP for repairs and they .replaced the speakers. Hmmm. Sunday, February 21, 2010. One more semester to go! After some techinical difficulties and other delays, we FINALLY got pictures back from the photographer from the Extreme Cowboy Race Finals. I am, however, pretty excited about all the ribs, porks roast, hams, and pork chops that he also brought home. Some picures from the show:. Lucky grabbed a bite to eat during the race. Saturday, May 17, 2008. Second Gem of the Triple Crown. Yes, I am posting again. But Big Brown's performance today deserves a CONGRATULATIONS! His jockey almost left the jockey room before the race without his whip, and it turned out that he didn't even need it. Big Brown did it all on his own, and barely even broke a sweat. Thursday, August 7, 2008. I am literally just an hour out of my last final for the summer semester. It feels pretty good. and that has nothing to do with how well I feel like I did. just glad to have it over and done with. Now it's time to start all those projects I had planned for the summer.dang it! David, on the other hand, will get busier every day. Friday, May 29, 2009. A whole season of Lost later, I am finally getting back to our blog. Life as we know it. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. When we got there, they hooked me up to the monitor and the nurse said that it was probably just pre-labor since I wasn't in pain. The monitor showed that I was having contractions at 3-5 minutes apart, but they weren't that intense. Luckily Preston is a very chill baby and he puts up with a lot from his parents who aren't really sure what they are doing. At one month, Preston:. Loves to get kissed on the cheeks. Sleeps in 3.5 hour increments. Likes to wait for "just changed" diapers before he poops. Likes to give Golden Showers, especially at 3 am or when we are in a rush to get somewhere. Likes to stare at his dogs. Sleeps in his own crib.

Friday, June 27, 2008. Off with the Old, on with the New! As of this morning I worked my last shift as an employee of Five Rivers Medical Center.
