Living in Manila, Philippines and Other Stuff. Philippines bucket list - rural village homestay for a 26K. All good things must come to an end and we’re nearing the end of our time in the Philippines. One of my bucket list items has been a mountain trail race that I had read about on a blog some time back, that involved a homestay in a rural village in the Cordilleras mountains. I mean, how could you not get excited about these kinds of views? With a 5:30am gun start - the 4:30am call time came early.

It’s A Boy!
Today we had Grant baptized at the same church that we were married and Jack was baptized. The service was very nice and both boys behaved wonderfully. Thank you Kristi and CJ for becoming his Godparents, and thank you everyone for attending and celebrating through the weekend! We’ve posted a video of the baptism here. If anyone is interested. Mr and Mrs. Bean. Enjoying married life, have a son that is three and a little girl on the way! Wednesday, July 20, 2016. 34 weeks 3 days. Went to the doctor at 34 weeks 3 days. Macy's heart rate was strong and my belly measured right at 34 weeks. Moving right along. 34 weeks 3 day. Yes, and some of them are getting tight! No, just ready! Yes, all the time! She moves so much more than Bradley! Not much, getting to the point where I feel full all the time. Anything making you queasy or sick. 30 weeks 1 day.

Beckys and Sandys Excellent First Year of Retirement (and Beyond). Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Virgin Islands March 11-21, 2009. Wed, 3/11 - Fri, 3/13. Our flight to St. Thomas and the ferry to St. John went smoothly. I took advantage of the time we had before the ferry to buy some groceries since they're a bit cheaper in St. Thomas.
