Ammon is growing up so fast! Every day he surprises us with new intellectual growth. I think for now he's stopped growing physically-thank goodness! He even did that to my pregnant belly in the grocery store! I can't believe how many words Ammon understands!

Our little nickname for Ammon is Ammonal switching the m and n in "animal." He isn't ravenous yet.just eats, sleeps, cries, and poops- all in that order. Monday, September 13, 2010. Monday, May 31, 2010. For the past five months I've miraculously avoided getting sick. No colds, no influenza, nothing. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Guess who started eating solids! In January, just hours after getting the okay from Ammon's. Pediatrician, we started feeding him solid food (even though the rice cereal was more soupy and solid.) He sure liked it! Look at the boy- he loves food! Has been doing so well with foods and he has no allergies.that we know of. This is a blessing that I am grateful for each day that I can nurse my baby and give him yummy solid foods. 4 months old. January. What in the world happened to us!

Thursday, March 14, 2013. As you know November started with a sweet and special baptism for our oldest on Alex's birthday! I was able to run the local Turkey Trot this year with friends. Dan ran it too but I can't run a sub 6 minute mile so he finished and then pushed me to the finish line. Thanks Dan! Tuesday, March 25, 2008. I ran 4.5 miles all at one time! I am very excited by this. It is the farthest I have ever run, EVER ( so far). It took me 50 minutes- BUT that means I ran for 50 minutes at one time. That is AWESOME. I am proud. I used to tell myself that I had to stop at 3 miles because otherwise I would throw up or get injured or both. Needless to say I did not throw up or hurt anything.I don't even feel that bad.
