Tuesday, March 25, 2008. I ran 4.5 miles all at one time! I am very excited by this. It is the farthest I have ever run, EVER ( so far). It took me 50 minutes- BUT that means I ran for 50 minutes at one time. That is AWESOME. I am proud. I used to tell myself that I had to stop at 3 miles because otherwise I would throw up or get injured or both. Needless to say I did not throw up or hurt anything.I don't even feel that bad.
