Tuesday, July 28, 2009. America the Beautiful Park. We recently went to a new park here in Colorado Springs (there are so many of them) and have a very fun day there. There was a super sweet playground and a cool fountain. We had so much fun! The Park was named after the song written by Katharine Lee Bates, who was inspired by Colorado Springs and the nearby mountains to write this beautiful anthem. Amen Katharine. Amen. There are so many lilies here - I LOVE the colors of this one. He just loves to fly!

Friday, December 19, 2008. It's that time of year again! Time to make Christmas goodies, and this year the kids all helped Mommy bake. We had a lot of fun. I was even able to make some really tasty goodies that were "Maddy friendly"(without gluten or casein) and was pretty happy with how they turned out! Maddy all ready to go! Our cute little bakers! Becky Brigden is a versatile British actress and musician. Originally from Coventry she moved to Brighton aged 18 to undertake three years of nurse training and still maintains her registration as a qualified nurse. After extensive travelling and working in London she returned to Coventry aged 27 and financed herself through a three year degree course at Birmingham School of Speech and Drama. Attaining a BA (Hons) in Acting. She also completed a screen acting course at The Actors Studio.
