Thursday, August 13, 2009. It has been months and months since I have posted anything on my blog! It is now the middle of August, '09 and I can't believe I have been in Portland for over a year! Things have been a little crazy lately, to say the least. At the end of July I got done helping to teach a 5-week literacy summer school program for kindergartners/1st graders. Boy, was it intense! My life in words! Another misson call.another bittersweet goodbye. Well my youngest brother Westin has officially been called to serve for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He will be serving the Roseville California mission. It is the mission that is directly next to just east of Casey's mission which was Santa Rosa California. Monday, July 19, 2010. After typing up my little story, it occurred to me that I might be able to find this woman on facebook. Of course I did and I decided to send her a little note. I basically told her about the good news project and thanked her for doing something good, and giving me some good news to share.
