Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Cupcake and Ballet Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve couldn't have been better. We read the Christmas Story, set out milk, carrots and peppermint cookies for Santa and the reindeer. Had cupcakes and ice cream for a bedtime snack and opened our Christmas pajamas. Ballet Tip: If you don't have a ballet bar, just use your sister's head to hold a pose. They loved these pajamas. They came with pants as well, but what ballerina wears pants with her tutu? Girls are so sweet.

Sunday, January 23, 2011. Why can't everyday in an Albertan winter be like that. We woke up early (or I should say the girls woke up early and then woke us up early), had breakfast and then hit the slopes (or more truthfully, little hill). Both girls loved it. Emmy went down almost as many times as McKenna. We met up with a couple of other families and had a blast. McKenna was fearless and kept going down on her belly or head first or on top of me or Steve headfirst. Your girls are so cute - what fun!
