The Williams' Family: March 2013
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 3, 2013. Because of a shirt. This started a string of thoughts in my head. I thought about how I think I may only have one long-sleeve shirt left that also has sleeves that meet my hands. Wouldn't it be nice if I could use this moment as an excuse for a guilt-free shopping trip? But if I were to go buy some new shirts for myself, a piece of me would also whisper, "You could. So though I try to remind myself of the great blessing that Jon still has his job. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Jon wo...

Scott & Rachel Miller: June 2010
http://rsmiller07.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 21, 2010. Oregon Trip: Getting Home (Day 6). We were able to change our tickets but the next flight wasn't for another four hours or so. We were supposed to go straight to work so we had to call someone to cover for us. Lucky he was available! During the wait we ate lunch and got ice cream, but it felt like we had been sitting there for ages. Long story short, the trip was better than planned! After working around 30 hours in two days we were absolutely beat. This morning we slept throug...

Scott & Rachel Miller: August 2010
http://rsmiller07.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 20, 2010. Some photos from our first week in Des Moines. :). Swimming with dad and Sean. Beatles painting we saw. A map from our landlord. So nice! Scottie and I. :). Thursday, August 19, 2010. Smoking. Not me, but seemingly everyone. Else Really. It's semi-comical to see hospital employees take smoking breaks outside. Speed limits. Basically everything is a 30 mph limit. Residential, commercial, etc. Some roads get up to 35 mph. Big news. I want to spend a day seeing all of them. They wer...

The Williams' Family: July 2013
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Blanchard Springs and the 4th. We have a tradition of going to Arkansas for the 4th of July. This year we decided to take a detour and visit the Blanchard Springs Caverns. Koen was looking forward to seeing the "underground caves" for weeks before we went. He was a little nervous about them once we got inside, but overall, he enjoyed it. I thought the best part was visiting the springs that pour out of the cave! Until her toes touched the water. Cousins enjoying the show. This i...

The Williams' Family: December 2012
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 4, 2012. I love when people regularly update their blogs because I love to follow them, look at their fun pictures, read up on how they're doing. And now, I am much past due a timely update. Forgive me. I'm a mom of TWO! I have kid S. Now instead of one. And we're already a month into motherhood of multiple children. Wow. It still seems a little strange to me to be a mother of two. And now I have two kids (one of which now has a big bike! Is not our time limited? At least while they are...

The Williams' Family: This and That
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2013/07/this-and-that.html
Wednesday, July 10, 2013. A little bit of the this-and-that that we've been up to. Koen and I played "archaeologists" as we dug for a mysterious sea creature in a block of plaster that Koen got from the library's summer reading club. We love free doughnuts! Hadley can move all over the place when she sleeps. This is the first time we've found her with her leg through the crib. A family of bunnies live in our yard. We've seen the mama feeding five little fluff balls at once! Her mobility. I do too. Jon wo...

The Williams' Family: January 2013
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 13, 2013. Oh, how I feel that life has been crazy busy and fast ever since little, Miss Hadley arrived! I have enjoyed each bit of it, but I am seriously happy to welcome "normalcy" and regular, not-so-exciting day-to-day life again. I apologize to family for not showing nearly as many photos of our good times as you all deserve. but this is what happens when I fall behind. So here goes! Shortly after Hadley arrived, my mom came and visited! We had a GRAND time! Jon's in the shark. Ko...

The Williams' Family: May 2012
http://jonkristinandfamily.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 17, 2012. Jon was once going to school for finance and wasn't enjoying it. He later decided to go to helicopter school. Two weeks after starting helicopter training, the school went bankrupt, which the timing and happening of turned out to be a blessing. Jon pretending to fly his helicopter just after receiving his new helicopter gear. He then switched gears and began working towards a major in geography. And boy! It was the perfect thing for him! Jon's hard work and dedication has blessed ...
