Self-awareness is the ultimate skill in the sense that, as one unravels how to access the experience of love within, this inner connection to love becomes the source of discernment, guidance, and motivation that one follows for communication and action in each moment. But deep self-awareness takes time to develop, and so I also coach people in harmless communication skills that they can adopt.
