It was great having Morgan be big enough to ride some rides and we were able to spend half the day together. The other half we split up and I went on all the cool, big rides with the older boys. I don't know if it's my age or what, but man did those rides make me sick! We got rained out at the end. Luke trying to warm up. Morgan loved her snake. From Food to Faith.

If you're looking for perfection you have come to the wrong place! Thursday, August 9, 2012. One Of Those Days. Then there's my weight loss. I haven't written about it much on here this time because, quite frankly, I lose weight a lot and sometimes I feel like I sabotage. Anyway, it's hard to keep going when you feel like there's no results, but I know they're really are. I still feel better when I exercise and am more active and in a month if I only lose 2 lbs, it's 2 lbs less than I was before!

From Austen to Woolf. Monday, 23 January 2012. I'm being more adventurous! I have stuck to reading one book at a time. That meant that I got lots of books finished because I wanted to move on to the next one quickly. I still think this is a good way of reading, and I'm kind of still sticking to it. Which was wonderful. I have now moved on to Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time. Which is completely different, though it deals with many of the same questions. I'm also reading The Old Curiosity Shop.
