Seattle Weather, October or July? On: July 15, 2011. In many parts of the United States everybody is hanging out at the pool or playing volley ball in the sand on a 80 to 120 degree day. Californians haven’t seen a cloudy day since early June! But in Seattle, Washington, summer life is not normal. In this famous city, people are bustling around in jackets and jeans with nice warm boots to keep warm while the rain pours down. The weather is similar to October and November in the winter!
