Children, elderly, stay home mothers and the sick will spend even up to two thirds of their day in the bedrooms. What is OUR BEDROOMS like? So, it is not surprising that the "health status" of your bedroom could, would or really does affect not only quality of sleep, but also stress. Levels, tolerance and even allergy symptoms reactions. There is also a fair share of exposure to toxins and other health hazards.
