I have quite a few thoughts in mind for the next great blog post. I have to video the Spinning chapter of The Art of Rolags. I'd like to do a post about the crafting of my basket. Which, by the way, is moving along. I've started the sides now. I could do an impromptue interveiw post, but that would require that people want to know something about me, and I question that one. I know, I've been promising and promising! But here they are. They still need the toes grafted, I'll do that tonight, and put up more pics after. modeled even? But now, without further ado. The Toe to be Grafted. Oh, and I should also note that the leg is very snug for me. as in, I can barely get it on over my heel. but I can, just, and I love the look, so it will survive. With wear, I hope it will go on a little easier, but really, I'd rather a snug sock than a loose one. I'm reading: Finally, MONKEYS!

The making of a diaper. Recently, I was approached with a request. I was asked if I had any extra diapers hanging around by a local Doula who holds "new parents" classes. She wanted to use it in her demonstrations for the new parents, as a cloth advocacy item. Of course, I answered right away that I would love to help out. As I have thought about this project, small as it is, I realized, why not hit 2 birds with one stone? So, here today, In all its Video Glory, The Making of a Diaper:.

Hourra pour l'huile de bras! Mon chum est un ramasseux de cossins. Un méchant ramasseux! Il ramène plein de trucs trouvés dans les poubelles de son complexe industriel ou sur le bord de la route. Des fois on garde ses "trésors", d'autres fois ils retournent dans les poubelles. Bon, cette habitude me rend folle par moments, mais je dois admettre que parfois il fait de bonnes trouvailles, pour le bon prix. Product review: Domino Pads and righteousbaby Moon Petal. I want to rave about my Moon Petal. I am reviewing them together because they are very similar. They are both a bamboo velour pad with a fleece backing. I got the postpartum version for both of them. Similar lenght. I love that they have no PUL or other plastic layer.
