同時在 宜蘭縣鐵人三項協會 練習中結識了不少同好，很期待有更多喜歡運動的朋友來加入這項 超屌 的鐵人陣容，我常說練鐵人就等於在賺錢，在這處處充滿危害健康的環境中，練鐵人三項不要說能百毒不侵，至少疾病遠離我們，真的哦 不騙您。 要留多少給子女才算夠 我和老婆都覺得這是每個人在靜下來的時候都應該 想想的問題，有人身價上億，每月幾十萬房租，卻在夜深人靜時偷開鄰居的水龍頭來用，為撿資源回收和別人怒目相向，口出穢言，又從不出國玩，緊緊看守著他的家園 有人拼命賺錢養家，結果健康沒有了，家庭也陷入一片愁雲慘霧中，也有人吃喝嫖賭已迷惑他(她)的心智，最後弄的家庭四散，有身沒靈魂，到現在我很慶幸還有一顆清楚的腦袋瓜子，我結束十餘年的房仲生涯，我覺得凡事要先從放下自己做起，不要問別人能為您做什麼，要問自己能為別人做些什麼，我要陳述的太多太多.很期待看到看倌們，您們的 自己。
