Sunday, April 27, 2014. The Ties That Bind. Sometimes, the unexpected is not unwelcome. After we returned home from the Christmas sojourn in Sitka, the seemingly unending gray, darkness, and cold of Montana winter set in for the typical spell. Ok, it rained 94 percent of the time we were there, but it was WARM rain, and I even got sunburned! The sun rose hot in the cloudless sky, its rays burning relentlessly onto the deck of the True North. Whoa, whoa, wait – wrong story! Our efforts to leave things in good condition, along with the attentions of our reliable boat-watch man had paid off.
