http://myknitche.blogspot.com/2006/10/bumblebees.html
Sunday, October 22, 2006 1:25 AM. In the background of the pictures is a new table cloth. I went to a "Women's Show" today and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of displays (though not a single knitting related booth! The tablecloth is stain repellent (not just resistant - repellent. I guess I should have stopped at that "empowerment" booth for a bit longer. I want to start those mitts one of these days also. LOVE them. Http:/ pennyknits.blogspot.com/. Whats this button for? The Pink Cardigan Blues.

My Knit Niche: Emergency posting
http://myknitche.blogspot.com/2006/10/emergency-posting.html
Thursday, October 19, 2006 1:43 PM. I don't usually post from work - this is in fact a first - but I want to get this down before I forget. I was telling a co-worker about the "Newfoundland mittens" that I started (I scrapped the socks and switched projects, but that's a story for another post). She was interested to see the work in progress so I brought it in after lunch and showed it to her. Another co-worker was present. She looked at me incredulously and said "You have time to knit?

My Knit Niche: Temptation
http://myknitche.blogspot.com/2006/11/some-months-ago-tammy-sent-me-this-yarn.html
Wednesday, November 01, 2006 10:44 PM. Some months ago, Tammy. I can't say enough about how wonderful the fabric feels.it is the very definition of comfort. I find myself knitting the sock and being impatient about getting to wear it. Seriously, could this post have been any more boring? I was contemplating entering the NaBloPoMo. But, really, does the world need a month of posts like this one? Yeah, I didn't think so either. I forgot to mention. What are you doing this weekend? Whats this button for?

My Knit Niche: And that's the weekend gone
http://myknitche.blogspot.com/2006/11/and-thats-weekend-gone.html
Sunday, November 05, 2006 8:59 PM. And that's the weekend gone. I've had a great weekend. Some visiting, some tinkering, some knitting, some viewing, some shopping - little bits of lots of things that made for a fun couple of days. Saturday morning, I went to the Langley Spinners and Weavers Artisan Show in Fort Langley,. BC, with Tammy. She was my secret pal a few months ago, and invited me to go with her. I'm so glad I did - she's so much fun, and so funny! Had already bought everything! I've turned th...

Baked Alaska Goodness | Hello Yarn Fiber Club
https://helloyarnfiberclub.wordpress.com/2008/01/06/baked-alaska-goodness
Hello Yarn Fiber Club. January 6, 2008 in October Club. My first post – let’s see how it goes. I finally finished spinning Baked Alaska. Very yummy. I was inspired by Hello Yarn’s picture of this yarn to find a plain brown wool to ply it with. Luckily, I happened to have some from my Yarn School goodies. I’m picturing this as the yoke and possibly a decorative edge on a top-down cardigan for myself. For details on joining the club. Sign up at Wordpress.com. Hello Yarn Fiber Club. You are currently browsing Adrian’s articles. June 3, 2009 in Uncategorized. May’s fiber is on its way right now. I hope you all love it! Want to see it? This is a fiber I’ve done before for the club, but it came from a new source and it’s quite different from what I usually get. It drafts like a DREAM, so should be a fun spin for everyone. It’s a great middle-of-the-road wool that would be suited for a variety of projects. I thought so. 🙂. April Fiber and Vague Announcement.
