Beer: Mini Review - Adnams Broadside
http://beerbloggyblog.blogspot.com/2007/05/mini-review-adnems-broadside.html
Happiness in a keg, bottle, or can. Sunday, May 13, 2007. Mini Review - Adnams Broadside. One of the reasons why I wanted to start a blog on beer was to give me some names to look out for, as things to try, and things to avoid. Recently, I was shopping at Binny's and came across Adnems Broadside, which I knew Adem had mentioned on here in some sort of positive manner. So, I picked up a 4 pack. Malty and hoppy. I'd give it a 9/10. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Genesis 10:10 by Hebrew.
Beer: Three Floyds Tenth Anniversary Ale
http://beerbloggyblog.blogspot.com/2007/07/three-floyds-tenth-anniversary-ale.html
Happiness in a keg, bottle, or can. Monday, July 23, 2007. Three Floyds Tenth Anniversary Ale. A couple weeks ago, something told me to go into a liquor store near my house. I just had this gut feeling I'd find something unique. A 22oz bottle of Three Floyd's Tenth Anniversary ale. Here's the specs. Style: American Strong Ale. Pours a beautiful deep copper. Little head, which quickly faded into a nice lacing. At first sniff I found a bit of a fruity bouquet. A slight scent of apples.

Beer: Darklord Day 2007
http://beerbloggyblog.blogspot.com/2007/05/darklord-day-2007.html
Happiness in a keg, bottle, or can. Thursday, May 3, 2007. This past saturday, I went on a field trip of sorts. I went to the cherished brewery of mine Three Floyds for the holiday known as "Darklord Day.". Now, what is Darklord day? Why, it is the only day of the year that the brewery sells Darklord, which according to BeerAdvocate.com it is the second best beer in the world, and the best produced in the United States. Soon, I was in the brewery. My mere wait in line of one hour to buy 6 22oz bottle...

Hi My Names George and Im an Alcoholist. Sunday, June 2, 2013. American Craft Beer Fest 2013. Somade it there, made it back and now Ill talk about some of the beers and what happened. The beer that stands out most in my mind as of right now is the Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen, this was the first beer I tried when I walked in the place and to be honest I think I had two or three more on my way out. Beer was amazing 4% alcohol by volume but honestly it was a beer that you could just drink more and more.

Monday, December 21, 2009. Again with the whiskey-barrel-aged brews. Hailing from Lake Mills, WI we find Tyranena's Dirty Old Man. This one is interesting. The majority of whiskey-barreled-aged beers are of the bourbon variety. Tyranena has stepped a bit out of bounds by aging . Their porter in a rye barrel. The head is a good inch and leaves a baby foam covering cap. 8.9/10. Much sweeter and fruity than expected. In fact, the chocolate takes a brief backseat to mingle with cherry, which lingers and ...
