Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Peanut Butter Chocolate Cip Cookies. 1 Cup of sugar. 1 Cup of brown sugar. 1 Cup of butter. 2 eggs and mix well. 1 tsp baking soda. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour to prevent sticking. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min. So buttery they melt in your mouth! Monday, June 14, 2010. Mix in a large bowl:. 3 1/2 cups of warm water. 1/2-3/4 cup of honey. 1 cup of oil. 4 tablespoons of dry yeast. 10-10 1/2 cups of flour( any combo of white and/or wheat). Knead about 5 min. Shape into rolls. Put on an ungreased pan and let rise for 10-20 min. Bake for 9-10 min @ 425 F. This will make a cookie tray very full.
