Tuesday, August 5, 2008. My day began with scary, but what turned out to be wonderful news. Lindsey welcomed 2 boys and a girl into the world! Everyone is doing well Ava, Brice and Ronan. Congrats Dave and Lindsey! I also need to watch my blood pressure and for certain signs of Pre-Eclampsia. I go back in Wednesday for another U/S and pressure check. Wednesday could be the day! Wednesday, August 6, 2008. I can't believe the day has finally come! We will be parents tomorrow! We went in for our appt. this afternoon and it was basically the same deal as Monday. My BP was high so they sent us back up to Labor and Delivery for monitoring. Yadda yadda. the doc finally came in and said we could induce! So we decided to come home, try to get a good nights sleep and head back in tomorrow morning. bright and early at 6am! Hans will update everyone when the babies are here! Amy M: Aug 9.

The latest and the greatest with Owen (& a little about us too)! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Where Has the Time Gone? Our litte miracle baby turned 2 today! Where has the time gone? Happy 2nd Birthday Owen! He LOVED the card that Sarah sent him and was booging to it all afternoon :-). We just had a small birthday party this year, with both sets of grandparents. We were so happy that Grandma and Grandpa were able to come up from NC to celebrate all 3 birthdays! A viral infection. Poor kiddo! July 14, 2007.

Owen went back to the allergist/immunologist this week b/c he hasn't gotten any better on the new meds. In fact, he has gotten worse. He had a fever earlier in the week and his cough is even worse. The latest and the greatest with Owen (& a little about us too)! Thursday, March 4, 2010. Then Again, Maybe We Don't. So, today I got a copy of Owen's lab report. It shows that Owen responded to 6 out of 12 serotypes, or 50%. However, it states that "should respond to at least approximately 70% of pneumoccal serotypes". Clearly 50% is not at least 70%!
