Be Fit or Be Fat. Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Yesterday I had an amazing workout. I mean I worked my tail off. I was actually starting to feel like my body was getting closer to where I want it to be fitness wise. I felt empowered. Then along came today. I had another good workout but for some reason I felt fat. I haven't gained an ounce since yesterday but somehow today I feel like I look different and that I'm so far away from my fitness goals.
