Losing myself.and loving it. This is my journey from 231 pounds to a much healthier goal weight of 145. Still on the path, but enjoying the ride. One positive side effect is pretty obvious. You lose weight. You lose fat. You get thinner. You're healthier. Your clothes fit better. You look better. You feel better. Ok, that's like seven but you get the point. Those are such wonderful side effects. That is the high of the process and far outweigh the negatives. Here's one of those things they don't tell you!

Forgive me, readers, for I have sinned. It has been nearly one year since my last confession. As it is right now, I'm going 5-6 days a week without fail.
