Thursday, July 29, 2010. For time: Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps. My form needs a little work. I warmed up and then I did sets of three snatches increasing the weight from 45# to 135#. Friday, July 31, 2009. WOD: As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 400m run and max pull-ups. I completed seven rounds (15, 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, and 6) and one extra 400m run. Thursday, July 30, 2009. Main WOD: Continuous clock - 135 x 1 (first minute), 135 x 2 (second minute), 135 x 3 (third minute) and repeat until you cannot complete within the required time. Shoulder Press, 1 Rep. Deadlift, 1 Rep. I did 275 (BS) 155 (SP) 385 (DL) = 815. I didn't kill myself today because it's always nice to leave a little room for improvement. LOL. 5K Day 22 Feb 10.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Rows, Thrusters, and Pull-ups. On 8 Sep 09, I completed the following WOD in 24:47:. 95# Thrusters, 21 reps. 95# Thrusters, 15 reps. 95# Thrusters, 9 reps.
