Thursday, August 26, 2010. Three rounds for time:. I did 40, 30, 30 back extensions.the grasshopper machine of 50 crunches with 5 lbs. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. The first 3 20 were actual Double Unders and boy did I have the battle wounds to prove it! The last 2 20's I did single jumps. I did 50-40-30-20-10 situps. Wednesday, August 11, 2010. I did the 400m run at 7.7 on the treadmill. 50 pull-downs on the machine at 40lbs. 100 crunches - 50 straight and 25 on each side. 25 push-ups as regular as possible.
