It’s amazing how a total stranger can walk into your life and within a week, a month, or a year you couldn’t imagine living a day without them in it. And then it’s just as amazing that a friendship that took a decade to build can just crumble and never be the same and all that remains is dusty photographs and old memories and that friend that was once so dear to your heart becomes a stranger once again.

So I’ve been experimenting with homemade muesli/granola bars as they are quick and easy on-the-go snacks for uni. My schedule is literally packed (besides maybe Wednesday night’s as I’m sitting here writing a blog post) so I am always looking for healthy snacks that don’t need refrigeration. So muesli bars are perfect! 15 cups rolled oats. 3/4 cup whole almonds. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds.
