January has been a busy busy month for us. Hannah started back to school the first week of January. The second week of January I started back to school, online for this semester for Graphic Design; I received a calling in Primary (CTR 4), and my sister and her kids came for a visit from Alaska! That week was a lesson in time management for sure! Some of the highlights of the month were:. Hannah is starting to learn to jump on horseback! Going to the Phoenix Zoo:. We pet some Stingrays in Stingray Bay.

We had a wonderful Christmas season. A few days go we went to the Temple to see the lights, walk through the visitors center and see their nativity movie. I spent the last couple of months working on and finishing up this stocking for Hannah. I started it 2 Christmases ago, but too late to finish it. I'm so happy it's done. We all love it. The last few days were a whirlwind of activity, wrapping, unwrapping and cooking. I'm finally getting to our Ginger Elf update. Hannah slept over at her Grandparent's house the night before, so we didn't get pictures of Ginger hiding in the chandlier. Italian-Style Beef and Pepperoni Soup (Modified). 1 lb Hamburger. 4 Pepperoni links (not the pre-sliced). 1 bundle Green Onions. 2-3 cans Italian-Style Stewed Tomatoes. 3-4 cans Kidney Beans undrained.
