Archive for October 2014. Things around the house.part two. Our typical days now consist of doing homework, practicing music instruments and where there spare times, reading a good book. Since the boys are in Cub Scouts, they have Rain Gutter Regatta and so this year they have a sibling race too. FongFong got in the act with the help of Ethan! Final products before the race. Incredibly all three of our kids won a trophy in their own categories! And because we are lazy parents, we didn't even help them!

Archive for July 2014. Willowmere Weekend Fiddle Camp. We got an invitation to join a private fiddle camp. We didn't know what to expect but decided to go anyway. We picked up the family and drove almost two hours to Willowmere VA. Clayton only learned couple songs before that day. Steve who was the leader that day showed Clayton some cool tunes and taught him how to play a few chords.
